B)Bomb explosion rocks federal high court in Nigeria

An explosive went off close to the federal high court headquarters in Nigeria's oil hub Port Harcourt, Reuters report. Nobody has been hurt. The blast occurred when the court was ruling on validity of the local government officials’ elections earlier this year. "I think they were trying to disrupt the result ... the high court decided that the election was illegal," Governor Nyesom Wike said.
