allow religious people to marry .That is God's will. Sexual desire can not be denied. God ordered humans and religious in first raw to marry and make children. Sex is in fact a worship for God, if it comes through marriage and family planning . But sex for sex is absolutely prohibited . Marriage is 50% of religion.

Man Sues Cardinals in L.A., Mexico

By Associated Press

LOS ANGELES -- A man who says he was molested by a Roman Catholic priest almost 10 years ago sued cardinals in Los Angeles and Mexico on Thursday, claiming they knew of the allegations and protected the priest.

The plaintiff, now 22, claims in the Superior Court lawsuit that Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahoney and Mexican Cardinal Norberto Rivera enabled the Rev. Nicolas Aguilar to molest more than 60 boys in the two countries.

Calls to Mahoney and Rivera were not immediately returned Thursday.

The plaintiff, identified as "Juan Doe 100," claims he was abused in 1997 in Mexico at age 13. He alleges the abuse occurred after Aguilar returned to his job with the Diocese of Tehuacan following similar accusations while working in Los Angeles for a year.

The lawsuit claims Aguilar threatened the lives of the boy's mother and other family members to stop him from telling anyone of the abuse. After his parents learned of the allegations, the boy and a friend who also accused the priest of abuse reported their claims to police.

In a separate lawsuit filed in September, a 25-year-old Mexican man accused Aguilar of raping him when the man was a teenager in 1994, and claimed Rivera and Mahoney conspired to hide evidence to protect the priest. Rivera and Mahoney have denied the allegations.

Aguilar has been charged with 19 felony counts of committing lewd acts on a child in California. He is a fugitive and his whereabouts are unknown.
